Urban Decay naked smoky

Hey guys today i am going to talk about a new product and I cant say too much out it because I haven't done that many make up looks but it is an amazing palette. I have to say that I have used the same shades over and over again.

This palette has warm bronzes, greys, browns, taupe and black. it has mattes, satins and shades with sparkles in, all shades a beautiful and go together really well that matte shades are perfect for the crease and as a look on its own. They blend amazingly together.

If I have to say what shade is my favourite it will have to be thirteen and whisky. Thirteen is perfect if you want a day when you just what a subtle eye and a wing eyeliner. Whisky is great to deepen the crease in ever make up look.
I am in love with the matte and the gold shades.

The pigmentation is amazing and it has the buttery feeling not so chalking.

How to deal with anxiety

Hey guys, so as you can tell from the title today's post is about anxiety and how to deal with it. No joke it is a pain in the backside and lots of people have to deal with it on a day to day basis. I am one of these people suffer from it every minute of everyday. Someday I get both anxiety and depression and that gets to the point where I just don't want to move out my bed. So here are some tips on how to deal with it.

1) Go and do the thing you are dreading doing such as go to work/school, go out for a bit. So basically face that thing straight on. I haven't and tomorrow is the first time in 2 years that I am going in to a crowded place and I have asked for suport. 

2) Take a time out. So if it get too much explain to your boss or teacher that feel this way and you need 2 or 3 minutes to calm down and get your head together. More and more people are more understanding on this matter. 

3) I know it is hard but get plenty of sleep. It is really hard to because thing are going around in your head but you need to try. I have something wrong with my sleep haven't been able to sleep for years and years. I think the last proper full night sleep I have was when I was 3 and now I am neally leaving school.  But if you don't get enough sleep you will feel so much worse. 

4) Talk about your problem even when if it with a friend or a counsellor. Get to the bottom of the thing that made you started making you feel anxious or actuated. It is so much better than keeping it all in. 

5) Don't think but what could happen think about if you achieve after you have do it . So tomorrow for example I keep think the I am going to have a panic attack and that something bad is going to happen. But I can't think like that I have to think that when I have done it I have achieve massive even though someone will be sat with me I have done it.
